Applying to the Family Medicine Residency Program

The ERAS application season for 2021-2022 begins in September.

The Residency Office will begin reviewing applications at that time and will start to offer interview dates.

The Adventist Heath Ukiah Family Residency Medical Program only accepts applications received through ERAS, Electronic Residency Application Service (AAMC). Submit an ERAS application here (which will require 3 letters of recommendation).
